EIVP and ESTP will host their first joint international Staff Week from the 21st to 25th of October 2019 ! The theme will be " INTERNATIONALISING THE ENGINEERING CURRICULA". Academic and staff members both from partner and non-partner institutions are welcome !

EIVP-ESTP INTERNATIONAL STAFF WEEK FROM 21ST TO 25TH OF OCTOBER 2019
EIVP ( Ecole des Ingénieurs de la Ville de Paris) and ESTP ( Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics) are proud to invite you to their first international staff week taking place in Paris from the 21st to the 25th of October 2019. This event is open to academic and staff members both from partner and non-partner institutions.
With an intensive programme focused on the internalization of engineering curricula, this staff week will give you the opportunity to share best practices in programme design, competence building, internationalization at home etc…
You will experience the unique learning environment of two leading Engineering Schools in civil and urban engineering. Discover a campus « à la française » in the outskirts of the city and live a true Parisian experience in the lively district of Belleville!
Topics covered during the staff week may include:
- Introduction to the French Higher Education System
- Internationaliztion strategies in engineering schools
- Altervatives to academic mobility
- Quality standards in internationalization
- Intercultural competences

To apply for EIVP-ESTP international staff week « Internationalising the engineering curricula », please complete the online application form.
Confirmation e-mails will be sent gradually between early September to October 2nd at the latest (early registration strongly advised).
Please do not make any travel arrangement before your participation is confirmed.
Fees are 150€ and cover: 2 lunches (as mentioned in the program), 1 diner, coffee breaks and cultural activities. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and hotel accommodation. As the staff week is set in three different locations, specific guidance will be provided as regards to accommodation and transportation options.
Members from European universities are recommended to apply for an ERASMUS+ grant through International Office at their home institutions.
